    Links to the AMF's website are authorised provided they are reported via the contact form (choose: "Report a technical problem with the website or enquire about the content") and comply with the following:

    Links to pages on the AMF site must be clearly marked with a reference to the site name and address. AMF webpages may not be embedded into other pages.

    Links to the homepage must be created with the address: http://www.amf-france.org.

    • Downloading documents from the AMF Website (except Decisions and disclosures and Collective Investment Schemes databases)

    All documents published by the Autorité des marchés financiers can be downloaded, provided a declaration is made using the contact form (choose: "Report a technical problem with the website or enquire about the content") and the following information is mentioned:

    • The exact title of the document;
    • the source: AMF, COB or CMF, etc. If in doubt about the source, contact us via the contact form (choose: "Report a technical problem with the website or enquire about the content")
    • the date of the document, at least the date of the disclosure on AMF website.
    • Documents from the Decisions and disclosures and the Collective Investment Schemes (Geco) databases
    • Decisions and disclosures database

    Two types of documents are available in this database:

      • AMF documents, indicated by a hypertext link can be downloaded under the following procedure:

      . downloads must be reported to the AMF Communication Department using the contact form (choose: "Report a technical problem with the website or enquire about the content")

      . mention the following information: The exact title of the document, the source: AMF, COB or CMF, etc. If in doubt about the source, contact us via the contact form (choose: "Report a technical problem with the website or enquire about the content") and the date of the document, at least the date of the disclosure on AMF website.

    • Documents from firms symbolized, by the following icon : these documents are prospectus, registration documents, tender offer documents or news releases. The AMF does not own these documents, it only discloses them on its website. Then the authorisation has to be asked to the firm issuing the document and not to the AMF.
    • Collective Investment Schemes database (Geco)

    Geco contains two types of information:

    • AMF-issued documents:

    - detailed information about collective investment schemes and authorised investment management companies.

    - Information document in .pdf format, indicated by the icon, can be downloaded under the following conditions:

    . downloads must be reported to the AMF Communication Department using the contact form (choose: "Report a technical problem with the website or enquire about the content")

    . mention the title and date of the document and its source (if other than the AMF)

    • Information filed with the AMF by investment management companies, namely:

    - net asset values, income/dividend on fund shares or units

    - fund prospectuses (summary and full) in .pdf format

    . Requests to use these data and documents should be sent to the investment management companies that filed them with the AMF.

The AMF website is recorded under number 1068202 of CNIL (Commission nationale informatique et libertés).

Under law n° 78-17 of 6 th January 1978, no personal information is to be collected without prior consent.

The personal information collected from the subscriptions made to the mailing lists or the AMF newsletter are only used for the redistribution of those publications and AMF information. No personal information is released to third parties. You have the right to access and rectify any personal information concerning yourself by writing to:

In 2011, the AMF site received 4 664 591 hits (visitors – an average of 12 790 per day) and downloaded 6 737 557 pages, (an average of 18 460 pages per day).
