Reporting during a public offer
 

• Disclosure table

The file below provides a comprehensive list of all companies listed on Euronext Paris or Alternext for which:

  • a public offer has been announced but not yet filed with the AMF (companies in a pre-offer period);
  • a draft public offer has been filed with the AMF (companies in an offer period).

Rules concerning trading restrictions in the securities concerned by the public offer (Art. 231-38 to 231-43 of AMF General Regulation) and disclosures of dealings and interests during the offer and pre-offer periods (Art. 231-44 to 231-52) apply to securities of the offeree companies featured therein, as well as to the securities of the offerors whenever all or part of the offer is to be settled in securities.

Form to be used by persons or entities mentionned in Article 231-46 I and Article 231-47 of AMF General Regulation:

Form to be used:

  • by the investment services providers concerned by the offer (as defined by Art. 231-2 4°) mentionned in Article 231-51 I;
  • by all other investment services providers that conduct proprietary trading is carried out under the conditions set out in Article 231-52:

    The relevant disclosure form should be sent to the AMF, on the business day following the date of the transaction at the latest, in electronic form, to the following address:

    reportingOPA@amf-france.org

    The disclosure form may be sent by the declaring person or entity itself, or by its advisors. The form should be accompanied by a headed letter signed by a duly authorized person and mentioning the contact details of a person whom the AMF may contact if further information is deemed necessary.

    Disclosures pertaining to Articles 231-46 and 231-47 will be published by the AMF.
