The AMF approves and supports asset management companies in their projects. It ensures that collective savings products are compliant and properly marketed.
Our tasks
- Manage authorisation files and the development of portfolio asset management companies and collective investment products (UCITS, AIF)
- Provide support to investment management companies in implementing their projects and applying regulations
- Contribute to the detection of malfunctions and breaches by investment professionals
- Contribute to changing asset management regulations (European work, AMF policy, etc.)
