The languages accepted by the Autorité des Marchés Financiers, within the meaning of Article 27 of Regulation (EU) No. 2017/1129 of 14 June 2017, for the drawing up and publication of a prospectus, a registration document or a universal registration document are French and English.

When the prospectus is drafted in a language other than French and relates to a public offer other than those mentioned in Article L. 411-2 1° or 2° of the Monetary and Financial Code, carried out in whole or in part in France, the summary must be translated and made available in French. In other cases, a translation of the summary into French is not required.
