Under AMF supervision, certain information may be omitted from the prospectus in the following cases:
Disclosure of such information would be contrary to the public interest;
Disclosure of such information would be seriously detrimental to the issuer, provided that the omission would not be likely to mislead the public;
Such information is of minor importance for the offer or admission envisaged and is not such as will influence the assessment of the financial condition and prospects of the issuer of the guarantor, if any, of the financial securities being offered to the public or admitted to trading on a regulated market.
Such information concerns a European Union Member State as the guarantor of the offer of financial securities.
