I. - Persons or entities making a public offer of financial securities or applying for the admission of financial securities to trading on a regulated market giving rise to the preparation of the simplified document referred to in Article 1 (4) (da) and (db), and (5) (ba) of Regulation (EU) No. 2017/1129 of 14 June 2017 shall file this with the AMF in the manner set out in an instruction, and make it available to the public in the manner set out in Article 21 (2) of the said Regulation, prior to the execution of the public offer or the application for admission to trading on the regulated market.

II. - The languages accepted by the Autorité des Marchés Financiers for the preparation of the simplified document referred to in I are French and English. When the simplified document referred to in I is drafted in English and relates to a public offer other than those mentioned in Article L. 411-2 1° and 2° of the Monetary and Financial Code, made in full or in part in France, a French translation of this document must also be filed with the Autorité des Marchés Financiers and made available to the public in the manner set out in I.
