Article 222-9-1 into force since 20 May 2026

Pursuant to Articles L. 22-10-10-1, L. 22-10-20-1, and the penultimate paragraph of Article L. 22-10-78 of the French Commercial Code, the information provided for in paragraph 2° bis of Article L. 22-10-10 of the French Commercial Code shall be transmitted to the AMF by electronic means within thirty days following the ordinary general meeting that ruled on the report provided for in the last paragraph of Article L. 225-37 of the French Commercial Code, in accordance with the procedures and format set out in an AMF instruction.
