If the investment services provider purchases or subscribes, on behalf of an individual portfolio, units or shares in collective investment schemes that it manages itself, where it is authorised to manage such collective investment schemes, or that are managed by an affiliated company, subscription and redemption fees, with the exception of the portion accruing to the collective investment schemes, are prohibited.
