Article 319-26
Pursuant to Article L. 621-8-4 of the Monetary and Financial Code, asset management companies shall provide the AMF with data on the composition of the AIFs they manage. In particular, they shall provide information on non-matured loans granted by the AIFs they manage, at least once every quarter and in a format defined by the AMF.
