Article 321-158
In the annual reports of private equity funds, professional specialised funds or professional private equity investment funds, asset management companies covered by this Title shall report on their practice for the use of voting rights attaching to securities held in the funds.
The measures referred to in Articles 321-132, 321-133 and 32-134 shall apply for securities held by private equity funds, professional specialised funds or professional private equity investment funds that are traded on a regulated market of a State party to the European Economic Area agreement or on a recognised foreign market.
