The provisions of this paragraph shall apply to the intermediaries referred to in Article L. 211-3 of the Monetary and Financial Code and to DLT market infrastructures, when they provide, on behalf of third parties, the service of administration of bearer financial securities recorded in a distributed ledger system in application of the second paragraph of Article R. 211-4 of the Monetary and Financial Code.
