Administrators of financial securities recorded in a distributed ledger system shall establish and keep operational systems and procedures to safeguard the security, integrity and confidentiality of the information, including the means of access to the securities, in a manner appropriate to the nature of the information concerned and in accordance with the conditions fixed by AMF Instruction.
