The administrator of the financial securities recorded in a distributed ledger system shall ensure, at all times, that the position it holds in the name of the owner of the financial securities linked to the means of access entrusted to it by the latter corresponds to the record of these securities made, in the name of the owner or on their behalf, by the DLT market infrastructure.
