When the service of administering financial securities recorded in a distributed ledger system is provided as an ancillary service to an investment service, as provided for in the first paragraph of Article L. 321-2 of the Monetary and Financial Code, on the territory of another Member State, the administrator shall comply with the provisions relating to the administration of financial securities recorded in a distributed ledger system of Articles 322-72-1 et seq. of the General Regulation of the Autorité des Marchés Financiers.
