Article 323-22-1
Where the depositary applies the escalation procedure in the event of non-compliance by the UCITS with a limit or restriction, under the conditions laid down in Article 6 of Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2016/438 of 17 December 2015, it shall inform the AMF if the situation cannot be rectified.
