Article 323-41-1
Where the depositary applies the escalation procedure in the event of non-compliance by the AIF with a limit or restriction, under the conditions laid down in Article 95 of Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) No 231/2013 of 19 December 2012, it shall inform the AMF if the situation cannot be rectified.
