Article 323-41-2 into force since 11 September 2026

Pursuant to the first paragraph of Article L. 214-24-12 of the French Monetary and Financial Code, and without prejudice to the reporting obligations applicable to portfolio management companies, management companies, AIFs and depositaries under the same Article, the depositary shall inform the AMF, no later than one calendar month following the end of each quarter of the calendar year, of any significant anomaly or irregularity already identified and rectified in the course of its duties.
