Article 411-71
Unit or share registry management is part of the administrative management of the UCITS. The UCITS or, where applicable, the investment management company that represents it, it may delegate the performance of the tasks described in Article 411-70 of unit or share registry management to an investment services provider in accordance with the conditions set out in Article 321-97, 1°, 2° and 5° to 9°.
