Article 422-195
If the AMF observes that the offering document no longer corresponds to the actual circumstances of the SCPI, SEF or GFI, and if there is no response to a formal demand to rectify the situation, the approval for the offering document shall be withdrawn.
The SCPI, SEF or GFI's management company shall be notified of the decision to withdraw the approval and the supporting grounds for this; it shall inform the supervisory board.
This measure shall prohibit any offer to the public to acquire or subscribe to shares in the SCPI, SEF or GFI.
