Article 423-1 into force since 22 April 2018

Unless otherwise indicated, Chapter 1 and Section 1 of Chapter II of this Title apply to professional investment funds covered by Article L. 214-143 of the Monetary and Financial Code, with the exception of Articles 422-21-1, 422-21-2, 422-83 and the second and third paragraphs of Article 422-81. For the purposes of its application to professional investment funds, Point 6° of Article 422-23 shall be replaced by the following Point 6°:

6° Apply different management strategies, as defined in the prospectus.

The time periods referred to in Articles 422-7 and 422-11 shall be reduced to eight business days for reserved professional investment funds referred to in Article L. 214-26-1 of the Monetary and Financial Code and, as appropriate, their sub-funds.

These funds are also subject to the following provisions.
