Professional specialised funds governed by Articles L. 214-154 to L. 214-158 of the Monetary and Financial Code and, for limited partnerships (sociétés de libre partenariat, hereafter SLP), Articles L. 214-162-1 to L. 214-162-12 ibid shall apply Chapter I of this Title.

These funds are also subject to the following provisions, except where otherwise provided for SLPs. Unless otherwise stipulated, the provisions applicable to an SLP shall also apply to a special SLP.

For the purposes of this Sub-section as applied to professional specialised funds that issue debt securities, references to “units” and “shares” shall be replaced by references to “units”, “shares” and “debt securities”.
