Article 514-7
In accordance with Article L. 421-10 of the Monetary and Financial Code, the AMF may waive the obligation for a market operator to make public the information referred to in Articles 8, 8a (paragraphs 1 and 2) and 8b (paragraph 1) of Regulation (EU) No 600/2014 of 15 May 2014, in the cases provided for in paragraph 1 of Article 9 of said Regulation.
The market rules shall set out the conditions under which the market operator may be exempted from the obligation to make public the above-mentioned information.
