Article 522-2
In accordance with Article L. 424-2 of the Monetary and Financial Code, the AMF may waive the obligation for the operator of the system to make public the information referred to in Articles 8, 8a (paragraphs 1 and 2) and 8b (paragraph 1) of Regulation (EU) No 600/2014 of 15 May 2014, in the cases provided for in paragraph 1 of Article 9 of said Regulation.
The rules of the system shall set out the conditions under which the operator of a multilateral trading facility may be exempted from the obligation to make public the above-mentioned information.
