Article 532-3
In accordance with Article L. 425-2 of the Monetary and Financial Code, the AMF may exempt the operator of an organised trading facility from the obligation to make public the information referred to in Articles 8, 8a (paragraphs 1 and 2), and 8b (paragraph 1) of Regulation (EU) No 600/2014 of 15 May 2014, in the cases provided for in paragraph 1 of Article 9 of said Regulation.
The rules of the facility stipulate the conditions under which the operator of an organised trading facility may be waived from the obligation to make public the above-mentioned information.
