Article 550-4
Central depositories shall establish supervision of:
The performance of their duties defined in Article 550-1;
Compliance with their operating rules approved by the AMF pursuant to Article 550-2;
The application of Articles 550-9 to 550-11.
For this purpose, they shall appoint a person to be in charge of this supervision.
