Article 711-2
The notifications referred to in Article L. 552-2 (2) of the Monetary and Financial Code shall be sent to the AMF in accordance with the procedures set out in an instruction.
The persons or entities sending these notifications may not publicly state that the AMF has verified or approved the documents notified.
At the AMF's request, it shall be notified of marketing communications immediately.
