Article 712-1
Where an issuer, an offeror or a person applying for admission to trading has delayed disclosure of inside information under the conditions provided for in Article 88 of Regulation (EU) 2023/1114 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 31 May 2023 on markets in crypto-assets, the Autorité des Marchés Financiers may request that they provide explanations as to this delayed disclosure. These explanations must be provided without delay.
