Article 723-1
In accordance with the provisions of Article 143 of Regulation (EU) 2023/1114 of 31 May 2023 on markets in crypto-assets, digital asset services providers registered or authorised in accordance with Articles L. 54-10-3 and L. 54-10-5 of the Monetary and Financial Code shall apply Articles 723-1 to 723-7 of this General Regulation until 1 July 2026, or until they are granted or declined authorisation as crypto-asset services providers within the meaning of this Regulation, whichever comes first.
