The financial entities (credit institution, central securities depository, investment firm, electronic money institution, AIF or UCITS management company, market operator) listed by Article 60 of Regulation (EU) 2023/1114 (the ‘MiCA Regulation’) which notify the Autorité des marchés financiers (hereinafter, the "AMF") or the Autorité de contrôle prudentiel et de résolution (hereinafter, the "ACPR") of their intention to provide crypto-asset services pursuant to Article 60 of MiCA may use the following form.
