Compliance officers - Suspicious transactions - Forms & declarations

Market operators, investment firms managing a trading platform and any person organizing or executing transactions on a professional basis are required to report to the AMF any transaction that could constitute insider dealing, market manipulation or attempted insider dealing or market manipulation.

Declaration to the AMF

  • For entities based in France with a ROSA account: French investment services providers and asset management companies, and branches in third countries and the European Economic Area.

The declaration should be sent immediately to the AMF's Market Surveillance Division via the ROSA extranet, which guarantees confidentiality. You can use your usual access or ask your entity's administrator to grant you the rights.

You should enter the relevant information online and attach the form, in PDF format, available in the dedicated reporting form.

Declarations via Sesterce are no longer accepted for the above-mentioned entities.

  • For other entities without a ROSA account

Suspicious transaction reporting shall be formalised in accordance with Annex 1 to Delegated Regulation (EU) No. 2016/957. The dedicated reporting form shall be used. The report should be sent immediately, in PDF format, to the AMF's Market Supervision Directorate via the Sesterce tool which ensures confidentiality.
