Contributions

This form is intended to entities subject to contributions to the AMF as described in the Article L. 621-5-3 of the Monetary and Financial Code which establishes the fixed fees and contributions to be paid to the AMF.

Articles D. 621-27 to D. 621-30 of the Monetary and Financial Code specify the amounts and rates of these fees and contributions due to the AMF, as well as the methods of payment.

The processing of your personal information is based on your consent. By clicking on the « Submit » button, you consent to provide your data to the AMF so they can be processed. The information collected via this form is stored in a computer file used by the AMF, as responsible for processing; they are available to divisions responsible for claims related to the contributions (the Finance and Administration Division and the Accounting Agency). That information, which is required to complete your request, is solely collected for this purpose. It can be transferred to specialized personnel, members of other directorates (Asset Management Directorate and Issuers Directorate), in order to process your request. Your information will be stored for 6 years. According to the GDRP, you can request access, rectification or deletion of your data if you withdraw your consent (you can withdraw your consent at any time). You also have the right to limit the processing of your data. You can exercise your rights by contacting the Data Protection Officer of the AMF:
