To submit your licensing application, you should fill in the following three forms, which stipulate the required information and documents.

CASP application form

Form to be completed by CASP as part of the processing of a MiCA application for the provision of crypto-asset services in accordance with Article 62 of the MiCA Regulation

CASP Fit and proper application form for a member of the management body

This form should be completed by members of the management body (as applicable, in its management function or its supervisory function) of the entity which wish to be licensed as CASP by the Autorité des Marchés Financiers or by any person who is appointed as member of the management body of a CASP
