Payment
Can invoiced AIFs directly settle the fixed fee on their own account?
Invoiced AIFs can indeed settle the fixed fee on their own account. As a reminder, they must indicate the claim number or the receipt title number in the payment designation.
We think that we have already paid the fixed fee. How could we prove this to you?
If you have already paid the fixed fee, kindly forward to us the proof of payment by writing using the complaint form accessible from the AMF website available here, indicating as the subject "Payment of the fixed fee for year N".
What references should be indicated in the payment designation?
Indicate the claim number or the title number of the receipt of payment notice which is entered at the bottom of the first page of the payment notice, whether it be an overall payment or broken down by AIF.
If you do not receive a payment notice, please indicate the LEI of the funds in question as reference.
Where can I obtain the AMF's bank ID form?
The AMF's bank ID is shown on the first page of the payment notice. If you wish to check the validity of this information, you may consult the guide relating to fees and contributions due to the AMF. The bank ID form is shown there on page 15.
