Digital Asset Service Provider (DASP) - Registration/Optional licensing application forms - Forms & declarations
To submit your registration or optional licensing application, you must fill in the following five forms, which specify the required information and documents.
Article 8 of Law no. 2023-171 of 9 March 2023 containing various provisions for adapting to European Union law (known as the DDADUE Law) imposes new obligations from 1 January 2024 on service providers who have completed their registration file since 1 July 2023 (inclusive) (enhanced registration), while maintaining registration under the current provisions for service providers who have completed their registration file by 30 June 2023 (simple registration).
Persons who have not completed their registration file by 1 July 2023 will therefore have to comply with the provisions of enhanced registration. The AMF will examine these applications under the enhanced registration regime. The amended forms relating to this enhanced registration are now available
