MICA notification form

The offeror, the person seeking admission to trading, or by an operator of a trading platform who notifies the AMF of the white paper must also complete this form. It should be sent to the AMF at mica-livreblanc [at] amf-france.org at the same time as the notification of the white paper or modified white paper.

MiCA statement form

This template document is based on ESMA's guidelines on templates for explanations and opinions, and the standardised test for crypto-assets . It is provided for the purposes of the explanation referred to in Article 8(4) of Regulation (EU) No 2023/1114 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 31 May 2023.

It must be notified to the AMF at the following address: mica-livreblanc [at] amf-france.org.
