This document sets out the summary of the AMF's response to the European Commission's public consultation on building a proportionate regulatory environment to support the listing of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). The AMF is proposing changes to the definition of the SME growth market, insider lists, periodic information, market surveys and the impact of MiFID II rules.
