Philippe Sourlas, who is currently Deputy Secretary General in charge of the Asset Management Directorate (DGA), will take over the management of the Regulatory Policy and International Affairs Directorate (DRAI). He succeeds Jérôme Reboul, who left the AMF on 30 September to join the Cour des Comptes as a senior advisor.
Didier Deleage, presently Deputy Director of the Asset Management Directorate, has been appointed Deputy Secretary General, in charge of the Asset Management Directorate (DGA).
These appointments are effective from 1 October 2026.
I would like to extend my heartfelt congratulations to Philippe and Didier on these appointments, which are testament to their commitment, expertise and dedication to the AMF. I wish them every success in their new roles. I would also like to thank Jérôme Reboul for having led the DRAI for more than five years with great professionalism. Under his leadership, the AMF vigorously asserted its positions and he helped to make its voice heard on the European and international stages. I wish him every success in his new role at the Cour des Comptes.Marie-Anne Barbat-Layani, AMF Chair
