The AMF announces the appointment of Antoine Lair as Chief Information Officer

A graduate of the Institut des Sciences et Techniques des Yvelines (ISTY), Antoine Lair, 42, has devoted his entire professional career to the financial services sector, including more than ten years in insurance, holding positions of responsibility in the IT field. He began his career in 2003 as an IT security auditor with the French electricity utility company, EDF. In 2004, he was recruited by Deny All, a software publisher and start-up specialising in securing web applications and digital flows, where he became Head of Product Research and Development. In 2008, he joined the department in charge of the programme to overhaul the functions and financial information systems of the La Poste group. In 2011, he continued his career at La Banque Postale Assurances as IS Manager where he contributed actively to the launch of the group's bank-insurance activity through the implementation and operational maintenance for its information system. In 2015, he was appointed Chief Information Officer of the Kerialis Provident Institution, where he was in charge of IS governance and the strategic and operational management of corporate projects based on digital technology. In 2018, he joined the GPSA grouping (an economic interest grouping of the French Insurance Federation - FFA) as Chief Information Officer. His mandate was to define, implement and maintain the information system of the 27 member organisations, as well as the marketplace systems for all insurance and reinsurance companies operating in France.
