Kheira Benhami began her career at the French Treasury where she joined the Financial Sector Economic Analysis Unit of the Economic Financing Department. There, she carried out the economic research required for the department's missions and provided support for reform projects. In 2011, she joined the AMF's Market Supervision Directorate. She was in charge of improving and monitoring the market surveillance alert system and following up on structural market developments. In 2015, she was appointed Deputy Head of the Analysis, Financial Stability and Risks Division in the Regulatory Policy and International Affairs Directorate. Her work focuses particularly on analyses relating to the smooth functioning of markets and asset management. She is also involved in international discussions through her regular participation in working groups of the European Securities and Markets Authority (ESMA), the International Organization of Securities Commissions (ISOSCO) and the Financial Stability Board (FSB).
Kheira Benhami is graduated from the Toulouse School of Economics and holds a PhD in financial market microstructure.

Ianja Ramananarivo is graduated from ESSEC Business School. After starting her career in financial audit at KPMG, she joined the Financial Division of CA-CIB in 2007, where she first worked on the IFRS analysis of the bank's operations and on standards monitoring, before moving on to the Group's financial control. In 2012, she joined the AMF as a Senior Officer in the Corporate Accounting Directorate, and was appointed Deputy Director in 2017. Her duties included the supervision of the review of the financial statements of issuers and the monitoring of issues related to their financial reporting. She contributes to the drafting of AMF policy, including the annual recommendations for the preparation of financial statements. She also plays an active role in the ESMA's work, as a representative of the AMF on the European Enforcement Coordination Sessions that deal with the application and enforcement of international financial reporting standards in Europe, and on the financial institutions task force.
