AMF communication on SCOR
The French Financial Prosecutor’s Office (PNF) has requested an opinion from the Autorité des Marchés Financiers (AMF) on possible price manipulation arising from a buyback by SCOR of its own shares between 25 October and 10 December 2018.
The AMF has examined the conditions of these share buybacks and their impact on the share price. After deliberations by its Board, the AMF has stated to the PNF on May 27 that the information in its possession does not support the allegations of price manipulation.
