The AMF confirms having requested the suspension of subscriptions and redemptions of units for three French domiciled UCITS funds managed by the UK based asset management company H2O Asset Management LLP

The Autorité des Marchés Financiers confirms having requested to the company H2O Asset Management LLP the suspension of subscriptions and redemptions of units of the UCITS funds H20 ALLEGRO, H20 MULTIBONDS and H20 MULTISTRATEGIES to protect the interests of unit holders and the public.

The regulator takes note of the decision made by the management company to suspend these 3 funds and to further extend this suspension to 5 other funds in their product range as mentioned by the asset management company in their press release. These 5 other funds are the 4 UCITS: H2O ADAGIO, H2O MODERATO, H2O MULTIEQUITIES, H2O VIVACE, and 1 AIF : H2O DEEP VALUE.

The AMF also takes note of the asset management company’s intention to transfer part of the revelant funds’s assets to new UCITS funds that should be authorised.

The AMF will ensure that the following steps will be taken in the interest of unit holders.
