The AMF publishes a list of issuers who use the services of a primary information provider

In order to make it easier for journalists and press agencies to verify sources, the Autorité des Marchés Financiers will provide an indicative list on its website of the primary information providers used by listed companies on the regulated market Euronext Paris.

As announced in its press release of 23 February 2017 on the progress of the AMF's work following the dissemination of false information about the Vinci stock, the AMF is publishing a list on its website stating the name of the primary information provider for an issuer whose shares are admitted to the regulated stock market Euronext Paris and who uses the services of a primary information provider.

The information contained in this list is being published to make it easier for journalists and press agencies to verify sources. This list was produced on 23 March 2017, based on the information transmitted to the AMF by issuers and primary information providers. This information, which has not been verified by the AMF's staff, is being provided for illustrative purposes. It does not rule out the possibility of issuers using the services of several primary information providers, or using primary information providers other than those in the list in the future.
