The AMF is warning the public against several companies proposing atypical investments without being authorized to do so

Here is the list of the new websites recently identified in the atypical investments category:

• www.iam-invest.com
• www.ma-cave.net
• www.multifond-cap.com
• placement-vins.com/investir-vignoble
• platform.eurostrat-finances.com/fr/admin/login

Since January 1, 2021, the AMF has added 15 websites to its list of unauthorized entities proposing atypical investments. Over the year 2020 as a whole, 78 names were added.

These websites may change very quickly and these lists presented in alphabetic or thematic order are not intended to be exhaustive.

Any offer to invest in miscellaneous assets must be registered with the AMF to be marketed. The white list of offers recorded in miscellaneous assets is available on the AMF website.
