The AMF is warning the public against several entities proposing to invest in miscellaneous assets without being authorized to do so

The Autorité des Marchés Financiers has published a list of new websites offering in France to invest in miscellaneous assets without being authorized to do so.

Since January 1, 2025, the AMF has added 10 names to its blacklist of unauthorized offers in miscellaneous assets, including 3 in the "Food products" and "Wines" categories, 2 in "Gold" category and 1 in "Offers on prohibited goods" category:

  • gestion-finance.com
  • www.gestion.finance
  • kilogrammes.com
  • www.monplantfraise.com

The offers in miscellaneous assets are commercialized by intermediaries who may propose, in particular, the acquisition of property rights, highlighting the possibility of a financial return (article L.551-1 of the French Monetary and Financial Code). These offers must be registered with the AMF before being commercialized.

The whitelist of offers as miscellaneous assets registered with the AMF is available in the AMF’ website.

Since the creation, in 2017, of this blacklist, which identified websites that have been illegally offering miscellaneous assets investments, the AMF has added more than 420 unauthorized internet websites which initially focuses on gold, later extended to livestock, wines or champagne.

The list of all non authorized websites to offer investments in miscellaneous assets is available on the AMF website (section: Retail Investors →  Warnings → Blacklists) and on the Assurance Banque Épargne Infoservice - ABEIS website (section: Prévention arnaques → Listes noires des autorités).

Please note that this list is updated regularly but does not claim to be exhaustive, as new unauthorized actors may appear regularly.
