To ensure that the intermediary that offers you financial products and services is authorised to operate in France, you can consult the list of approved investment services providers (https://www.regafi.fr) or the list of authorised intermediaries in the category of financial investment advisor (CIF) or crowdfunding investment advisor (CIP) (https://www.orias.fr/search). If the entity is not on any of the lists, we strongly advise you not to respond to its offers, since it is in breach of applicable legislation and is not obliged to comply with basic rules on investor protection, disclosure or complaint handling.
