The AMF warns the public against ELG Capital Partners and its website www.elgcapitalpartners.fr

The AMF draws the public’s attention to the activities of ELG Capital Partners, a company that improperly uses the regulator’s name and logo on its website, www.elgcapitalpartners.fr, to offer savers to invest in various investment vehicles whose underlying assets are sports bets and forecasts.

ELG Capital Partners, through its www.elgcapitalpartners.fr platform, offers to invest in sports forecasts and bets through investment vehicles. By using the name and logo of the AMF and other French regulatory authorities in its communication, this company may give the impression that the platform has been endorsed by the AMF and the other regulators, which is not the case.

The AMF stresses that the reproduction of its logo is strictly restricted and that its use must not be ambiguous or create a risk of confusion.
