Astrid Milsan will act as Secretary General of the AMF until 15 April 2024
Due to the temporary impediment of Sébastien Raspiller, Secretary General, Marie-Anne Barbat-Layani, Chairwoman, has taken all necessary steps to ensure the smooth running of the Autorité des marchés financiers and has appointed Astrid Milsan as Acting Secretary General.
Astrid Milsan will perform all the duties of Secretary General until Sébastien Raspiller returns on 15 April 2024.
Astrid Milsan has been Managing Director of the AMF since 2019, in charge of the Corporate Finance Directorate and Corporate Accounting Directorate.
Astrid MILSAN, appointed Acting Secretary General by decision of the AMF’s Chair on 21 December 2023, will remain in office until 15 April 2024.
