The Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF) advises the clients of the website eu.bancdebinary.com to contact Banc de Binary Ltd, the owner of these websites, as soon as possible

The Cypress Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC) has announced that Banc de Binary Ltd, a company under CySEC supervision that provides investment services through the website eu.bancdebinary.com has decided to renounce its authorization.

The CySEC has announced by a press release on January 11 2017 that Banc de Binary had decided to renounce its authorization which was suspended on 15 January 2017. The company's authorization has therefore lapsed. The Cypriot regulator indicated in its press release that this company was nevertheless required to honour its obligations during a period of 3 months from 15 January 2017. Banc de Binary Ltd remains under CySEC supervision during this procedure.

Under these circumstances, the AMF recommends that investors who have opened an account on this website immediately send a registered letter to Banc de Binary Ltd and a copy of this letter to the CySEC asking that their account(s) be closed, that they be reimbursed any balances, and, depending on the situation, putting forward a complaint.
