The Autorité des Marchés Financiers (AMF) warns the public against the company GET EASY
The Autorité des Marchés Financiers (AMF) draws the attention of the public to the activities of the company GET EASY being carried out in French territory.
The company GET EASY (www.geteasygroup.com), whose registered office is located at 20/F, AIA Tower, 251A-301, Av Commercial de Macau, Macao, offers French investors, in return for an apparent monthly guaranteed income of 100% over 12 months, the chance to finance its business which consists, in particular, of supplying its customers with geolocators. This income is presented with the possibility of being increased with bonuses linked to sponsorship.
Following a number of questions from savers, the AMF states that GET EASY is not authorised to carry out an activity regulated by the AMF in French territory.
The AMF recommends investors not to respond to requests from entities of the company GET EASY and not to pass them on to third parties in any form whatsoever.
You must not let any sales pitch distract you from the fact that a high potential return always involves a high risk.
To ensure that the intermediary offering financial products or services is authorised to operate in France, you can view the list of authorised investment service providers (https://www.regafi.fr) or the list of authorised intermediaries in the financial investment advisor (FIA) or participating investment advisor (PIA) categories (https://www.orias.fr/search). If the person is not included in any of these lists, we strongly urge you not to respond to their requests.
