The Autorité des Marchés Financiers issues a public warning against the activities of the group CO&H Ltd

The Autorité des Marchés Financiers (AMF) draws the attention of the public to the activities of CO&H Ltd, as well as to those of CEA FINANCE, FINANPERF, ANALYSIS FINANCE, GA FINANCE and FINANCE TRADITION and reiterates that these entities are not authorised to provide investment services in French territory.

The company CO&H Ltd, whose registered office is located at 25 Mason Camplex, Stoney Ground P.O.BOX, 193 Stoney Ground, the Valley, British Anguilla, claims to offer "investment solutions" to French investors via the websites CEA FINANCE (www.ceafinance.net), FINANPERF (www.finanperf.com), ANALYSIS FINANCE (www.analysis-finance.com), GA FINANCE (www.ga-finance.net) and FINANCE TRADITION (www.finance-tradition.net).

CO&H Ltd and the above-mentioned entities are not however authorised to provide investment services in French territory.

Moreover, departments of the AMF have received numerous questions concerning them.

In consequence, the AMF recommends investors not to respond to requests from entities of the group CO&H Ltd and not to pass them on to third parties in any form whatsoever.

You must not let any sales pitch distract you from the fact that a high potential return always involves a high risk. Any product with a return higher than the market rate (the investor may also refer to the Livret A rate) as a rule involves a significant risk.

To ensure that the intermediary offering financial products or services is authorised to operate in France, you can view the list of authorised investment service providers (https://www.regafi.fr) or the list of authorised intermediaries in the financial investment advisor (FIA) or participating investment advisor (PIA) categories (https://www.orias.fr/search). If the person is not included in any of these lists, we strongly urge you not to respond to their requests as they are infringing applicable legislation and are not required to comply with the basic rules on investor protection, full disclosure or complaints handling.
